Hi, I'm Lucré.

I'm a Talent, People & Culture consultant based in Barcelona with a decade of international experience leading talent development across some of the world's most dynamic companies.

From Booking.com to Criteo's global teams to Mattel, I've spent my career building scalable people strategies across cultures, time zones, and growth stages — working globally across EMEA, APAC, the Americas, and LATAM.

In September 2025, I launched Lucré Maria Consultancy to bring that same strategic, hands-on approach to ambitious organizations ready to invest in their people.

My philosophy? Love working with what you have, build incrementally toward clear goals, and always start with an MVP — because the best people strategy is the one that actually gets implemented.
