About

Hi, I'm Lucré

I'm Dutch and have lived in Barcelona for more than ten years. I've spent my career developing leaders and teams at Booking.com, Criteo and Mattel, across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

My coaching is grounded in neuroscience. I'm certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute and working towards my ICF ACC. I coach in English and Dutch, with conversational Spanish, online or in Barcelona.

What to expect from me: Dutch directness, warmth, and the occasional honest question you'd rather not hear.
